Falling To Sleep At Age 58...

One thing I have discovered about getting older is my sleep habits.
  They are truly non-existent…
  You see, I have a nice comfortable recliner that I occasionally fall asleep in...I then wake up around 2 or 3 am.
  Then...I go to my nice Queen sized bed with the plush mattress...for about an hour.
 … I then head back to the recliner...
  But wait, there's more.
  After a couple of hours of recliner sleep, I head back to the bed and complete my night of slumber (?)(!).
  Does any body else out  there in "blog land" go through this?
