When I was a student a Russell Jr. High School, I was as "popular" as I am now (Ahem)…
I was what is now considered a nerd.
This was before being nerdish was so popular...before the movies came out...
Anyways...I had a equally nerdish friend named Sammy...Sammy Lewis.
If I was a nerd, Sammy should've been considered the "King of the Nerds." The other students would trip him in the hallways...knock his considerable large amount of books from his arms...stick his head in the toilet and flush it (I know, right?).
I sometimes wonder how Sammy made it throughout his adult life...he is probably a doctor or Senator somewhere...
If anyone knows Sammy, have him contact me.
