Eggs...

  I like eggs.
  Only fried...you see.  I take a skillet...melt a little butter...and crack an egg into it.
  Once that egg gets cooked, I  flip it over so the other side cooks.
  It is pretty easy and  amazing.
  I let it cook until the yolk is done...I don't like a runny yolk...
  I know there are hundreds of ways to cook an egg...poached...boiled...scrambled...3 minute (or is it 2- minute?)
  But for me, a simple fried egg will suffice...and sometimes I throw  a piece of  fried baloney on top.
  Yum , yum...give me some....
