"A National Reckoning?"...

  First it was Bill Cosby.
Then, in no particular order, it was Donald Trump, Harvey Weinstein, Al Franken, Roy Moore...
Now, the "Today Show's" , Matt Lauer.
Lauer was recently fired for sexual harassment and his co-host, Savannah Guthrie said that it  was part of a "national reckoning" for  women coming out and facing their  accusers.
I say, it is about time.
Through the decades, some men have always down-graded women as being "second-best" or "only good for one thing"...
Women are EQUALLY important in society and I am glad they are finally standing up for what is right and what is decent.
Ok...I am done with the rant...
