Food For Thought...

I remember the days when I used to like food.
  Sometimes I would eat just because the food was there.
  Food like Big Macs, and Whoppers, and donuts, and potato chips...
   Now that I am diabetic, I find myself reading the labels on food to see if there is anything that I shouldn't have.
  I am looking for sugar content and carb content.
  Is it  any wonder why I only eat these days cause I HAVE to?
  I truly don't enjoy eating for the sake of eating. anymore...
 Sad, isn't it?
