Courtesy of my local paper: It seems that doggy-doo is a big problem at an apartment complex in Kansas City.
So much so that the management of the complex is having pet owners get their dogs swabbed for DNA and having this DNA on file.
Why, you ask?
So if the doggies poop anywhere around the complex, management can get a sample of said poop and get a DNA test so management can determine who the poop belongs to.
Fine? $50 bucks.
Three strikes and you're out of the building.
Only in America...
