Aches And Pains...

I just  turned 54.
  There is a lot of "up-side" to getting older...grand kids...relationships...
The "down-side"...?  
  Aches and pains...arthritis...
  I creak when I get out of bed!
  I squeak when I walk!
  Aw...the beauty of aging...
