You guys know what a big fan I am of Food Networks show "Next Network Star."
You probobly already know what a big fan I am of Chef Damaris Phillips, the winner of this year's contest, who happens to be a Louisvillian.
Seeing as though she has been so busy getting ready for her new show ( 'Southern At Heart" which airs on Food Nerwork at 10:30 am Sundays), I started conversing with her via e-mail.
Chef Damaris has kindly agreed to anwser a few questions for me. (She is such a cupcake...)
Q-"Why did you decide to appear on "Next Food Network Star?"
Chef Damaris-"I wanted to have a show on Food Network"..."Seriously, that's why."
Q-What is your favorite meal to prepare?
Chef D-"Whatever is a person's favorite food, or everyone's favorite...Taco Tuesday!"
Q-"What is your favorite song and/or artist?
