I just bought a club chair from Overstock.com and there was a little assembly involved.
I had to screw on four legs and slide the back of the chair into place.
Easy, huh? Not for yours truly. Let me explain.
All I had to do was slide the back into two brackets (right side and left side) and I would have been ready to sit down and eat a Pop-Tart. What I actually did was slide ethe right side and not the left so I had a chair that wouldn't recline and had a lop-sided back
Now what do I do?
I chatted with Overstock.com via a computer customer service line (not expecting anything) and this is what happened:

Customer contacted us saying that they just received a
recliner and they put the back on wrong. Can the back be removed. Checked and
informed customer that I can forward a message to our Specialized
Representatives in Product Department to check on this. You will be contacted
within 1 - 2 business days via email or phone. ( I still wasn't impressed until I received this e-mail...)
