Right here in Louisville , Ky...a woman has been arrested after another woman accused her of giving a joint to two children and teaching one of then to " huff " lighter fluid.
She allegedly also gave an 11 year old girl a bottle of "Smirnoff Vodka" and invited her to drink it.
Just another incident that proves the world is coming to an end...
