Chicken...

I recently purchased a new toaster oven and the first thing I wanted to cook in it was a roasted chicken.
   Ummm...roasted chicken.  With it's golden brown skin and moist meat...
  So what happens?  I roasted the freakin chicken, ate a drumstick and then decided to make chicken and dumplings instead....
  I am totally losing my mind...
